2 medium delicata squash, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
2–3 tbsp olive oil
2½ tbsp Mellow Yellow Jerk Marinating Sauce
1 tsp Spanish Town Kitchen Caribbean Jerk Sea Salt, or to taste
1 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat the oven:
Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Prepare the squash:
Slice each delicata half into ½–¾ inch thick half-moons. No need to peel—the skin becomes tender and delicious when roasted.Season:
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Mellow Yellow Jerk Marinating Sauce, Caribbean Jerk Sea Salt, and maple syrup if using. Add the squash slices and toss to coat evenly.Roast:
