Why Carnival Fruit Punch Works So Well Here
Carnival Fruit Punch is one of our most vibrant preserves: a Caribbean fruit celebration made from oranges, pineapples, strawberries blended with guava, and sugar.
Its marmalade-like texture melts beautifully over warm cheese, and the tropical notes pair naturally with Brie’s buttery richness.
The result is a sweet-tangy glaze that cuts through the creaminess of the cheese and makes every bite feel like a celebration.
Baked Brie with Carnival Fruit Punch
Serves: 6–8
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 wheel of Brie (8–12 oz)
3–4 tablespoons Spanish Town Kitchen Carnival Fruit Punch preserve
A drizzle of honey (optional, if you want extra shine)
Toasted baguette slices, crackers, or apple slices for serving
Fresh herbs or edible flowers (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the Brie on a small oven-safe dish or baking crock.
In a small bowl, stir the Carnival Fruit Punch to loosen it. (If you want it ultra-glossy, warm it for 10 seconds.)
Spoon the marmalade generously over the top of the Brie, letting a little drip down the sides.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until the Brie softens and becomes gooey in the center.
Serve immediately, topped with an optional drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of herbs. Pair with crackers, toasted bread, or fruit.
