Go-to Green Tomato Tart

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch) 
- 2 cups ripe tomatoes, sliced 
- 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled 
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish 
Procedure
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch tart tin, pressing it firmly against the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling. 
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. 
- Spread with Go-to Green Jerk Marinating sauce until evenly covered. 
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese. 
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly over the crust. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
Bake the Tart:
- Return the tart to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and the cheese is golden. 
Serve:
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves. 
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
