This summer batch celebrates the best of local and global flavors. We used fresh summer peaches from Russo’s Fruit & Vegetable Farm in New Jersey, blended with bright, tangy passion fruit purée from Colombia. Organic cane sugar brings balance, while black sesame seeds add a deep, nutty finish — inspired by the bold, unexpected pairings found in Caribbean street sweets.
