About

Hi Everyone,
My name is Pat and I am the Chef and Owner of Spanish Town Kitchen.
I was in born in Spanish Town, Jamaica but home will always be Brooklyn, New York.  I love traveling and finding food inspiration where ever I go. I read a lot of books (cookbooks are my obsession) and I try to keep an eye open for new ways of experiencing food.

Needless to say, I love food but for me, food is much more than eating and tasting.; it’s about sharing, breaking bread, drinking wine, telling great stories and enjoying good company. Spanish Town Kitchen is a reflection of that idea. So come eat with me!

-Thank you, Chef Pat.

Blog:

Spanish Town Kitchen website is broken up into seasons (Summer, Spring, Fall, and Winter). I feel it’s important to eat within the season not only because the food tastes so much better but it also helps support our local food community such local farmers and community markets. And although our slogan is “Caribbean Rooted, Globally Inspired” and you will see recipes, ingredients, and products from around the world, we always aim to include fresh local ingredients in all our dishes.

Services: Catering, Personal Chef, Meal Planning.
